Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart reunited during Hart’s Netflix roast, where Johnson delivered a long, R-rated comedy set that heavily focused on Hart’s wife, Eniko Hart.
Making a dramatic entrance with special effects and We Will Rock You playing in the background, Johnson immediately began roasting his longtime co-star. “Now, I know what you’re all assuming is that I’m here to carry another shitty Kevin Hart vehicle, but for once, that’s not the case,” he joked. “I’m actually here tonight because someone needs to chew up Kevin’s food and spit it in his mouth. Isn’t that right? My little chocolate baby bird.”
Johnson continued by calling Hart his “little Burnt Oompa-Loompa” before shifting his attention to Eniko. “I want to just take a moment to give a shout out to all the ladies up here on this dais. You all look beautiful, magnificent, sexy. You know who else looks sexy? Kevin’s wife, Eniko.”
As Hart reacted with, “What the fuck,” Johnson quickly replied, “I’m just giving her compliments!”
The jokes escalated as Johnson said Eniko “deserves an Academy Award for pretending she likes to fuck you,” before suggesting they should “open up a bottle of tequila and, you know… Stop squirming, Kevin!” He also joked that he finally understood why women love Hart, saying it’s because “he’s the same size and color as their favorite dildo, and the little motherfucker is twice as loud.”
Chelsea Handler also joined the roast, adding, “Don’t you think it’s time for Eniko to be with somebody that is bigger than her?”
Wrapping up his set, Johnson told Hart, “I love you. Yes, I do.” He then added another joke: “Just to prove it, just last week, I got a Kevin Hart tattoo on my cock. Yeah, life size too… Eniko, I’ll show you later. Kidding. She’s already seen it!”
Hart fired back at his friend, saying, “Why would you say that about my fucking wife? I want to talk to you later.”
“But you’re the one who said, ‘Hey, listen, fucking say anything you want!’” Johnson responded.
Johnson and Hart have worked together on several films, including Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Jumanji: The Next Level and Central Intelligence. The duo is set to reunite one last time in Jumanji: Open World, which is scheduled to release this Christmas.
Other guests at the roast included Venus Williams, Serena Williams, Lizzo and Tom Brady, alongside comedians and actors such as Tony Hinchcliffe, Pete Davidson, Draymond Green, Tiffany Haddish, Sheryl Underwood, Regina Hall and Na’im Lynn.
The live roast was hosted by Shane Gillis and filmed at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. The event took place at 5 p.m. PT on Sunday, marking the final night of the Netflix Is a Joke Fest.
