What police say happened

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on October 27, two teenaged girls were walking in the 10100 block of 123A Street when a vehicle stopped next to them. The driver was the only occupant and was unknown to either girl.

The man spoke to the girls. They became concerned for their well-being, left the area and police were called, according to the November 1 Surrey Police Service release.

Police describe the vehicle as a white 2023–2025 Toyota Corolla four-door sedan. The driver is described by SPS as a South Asian man between approximately 25 and 35 years old, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 185 pounds, with brown brush-cut hair.

Investigators say they have collected CCTV and other evidence but have not yet identified the vehicle. The police release describes the matter as a suspicious incident; it does not state that a specific offence has been established or disclose the driver’s intentions.
