Missed out on the World Cup ticket lottery? Don’t worry—there’s still a chance to catch the action live in Vancouver. But if you’re hoping to secure a seat, you’ll need to act quickly.

FIFA’s final ticket sales phase is currently underway, giving fans access to remaining seats on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, tickets are continuing to appear through FIFA’s official resale platform as well as other secondary marketplaces. Availability is limited, though, and prices remain high for many matches.

Tickets Are Still Available—For Now

While demand remains strong in Vancouver, tickets have not completely sold out. As of early June, seats were still available for all seven matches scheduled at BC Place. In fact, prices for some games have started to ease compared to earlier in the year, giving hopeful fans a better chance of finding a ticket.

FIFA continues to release additional inventory through its official ticket portal as the tournament approaches. Fans can also buy and sell tickets through FIFA’s authorized resale marketplace, making it one of the safest ways to secure entry.

How Much Will It Cost?

As per reports, ticket prices can change rapidly depending on demand. The good news is that Vancouver prices have generally trended downward in recent weeks. The downside? Waiting for lower prices could mean fewer seating options.

Even with recent declines, tickets remain expensive. Entry-level seats are currently around $550 for the Australia vs. Türkiye match and approximately $800 for Canada vs. Qatar. Some resale listings may appear cheaper at first glance, but service fees can significantly increase the final price.

For Canada’s June 18 clash against Qatar, the lowest resale listings were hovering around $700. Fans looking for a more premium experience can still purchase hospitality packages, which remain available for several matches.

Tips for Buying Safely

Your safest option is always to purchase through FIFA’s official ticketing channels. The official sales portal and resale marketplace are the only FIFA-approved platforms for buying remaining tickets.

If you decide to use a third-party resale website, take time to review buyer protection policies and make sure tickets can be transferred digitally through the proper platform. Be cautious of social media sellers, cash transactions, or screenshots claiming to be valid tickets—these are among the most common ticket scams.

For fans who value convenience and certainty over price, hospitality packages may offer a more reliable alternative to the unpredictable resale market. If you’re still hoping to attend a match in Vancouver, patience and persistence could pay off. Keep checking FIFA’s ticket portal regularly and compare prices with resale listings, especially for matches that aren’t expected to draw the largest crowds.

And even if tickets remain out of reach, there will be plenty of ways to experience the excitement. Fan festivals, public watch parties, and match-day events across the city can still provide an unforgettable World Cup atmosphere while you keep an eye out for any last-minute ticket releases.
